How Is a Lithops Measured?
Measured across the maximum diameter — not the height, not the narrow side.
What Does Every Plant Order Include?
Head or pot size is measured at harvest, before the plants are lifted and dried. The same standard applies to every variety we ship.

What Should You Know Before You Order?

Minimum order
5 plants per variety, US$300 minimum per order. Mix varieties freely to reach the minimum.
Payment
Full payment in advance — PayPal, XT or credit card. No cash on delivery.
Lead time
3–7 business days from payment to dispatch: selection, root washing and air-drying.
Approval
Photos of your actual batch are sent before the carton is sealed. Nothing ships unseen.
How Do the Plants Travel?
Bare-root is the reason live plants clear customs and survive the flight — every shipment follows the same four steps.
Wash
Soil removed, roots trimmed and washed clean.
Treat & dry
Insecticide soak, then air-dried 2–4 days so wounds callous.
Wrap
Tissue per plant, shredded paper and an insulation layer.
Label
Every plant labelled to match your order list, carton sealed.
What Does Shipping Cost?
Plant prices never include freight. Cost follows quantity, packed volume and method — not order value.

Which Certificates Can You Get?
We guide you through the import process and can supply a phytosanitary certificate, CITES permit and other documents when your order needs them.
Phytosanitary certificate
We provide it when your destination requires plant-health certification. The fee is confirmed with your quotation.
CITES permit
For CITES-listed species we apply for the export permit and tell you what your broker will need at destination.
We stay with you through the whole import process — import permits and clearance at destination are handled by you or your broker. Other certificates and declarations can be arranged on request: One-stop import support →

What is the minimum order?
5 plants per variety and US$300 per order. You can mix varieties freely to reach the minimum.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Plant prices are ex-farm; freight is quoted per order on quantity, packed volume and method, then settled before dispatch.
How soon will my order ship?
3–7 business days after payment for selection, root washing and air-drying. You receive photos of your batch and a tracking number once it is dispatched.
Can you provide certificates for my order?
Yes — we guide you through the import process and can supply a phytosanitary certificate when your destination requires it, plus a CITES permit for listed species. Tell us the destination country and we confirm what applies before the order is placed.
What if plants arrive damaged?
Count the packages, photograph the issue and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit rot or loss is replaced free of charge in your next shipment.
