Wholesale Succulent FAQ

Straight answers on ordering, sizing, freight, packing and export paperwork — everything you need before sending your first order.

01

Ordering & MOQ

How bulk orders are structured and how to send one.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — MOQ5/10 for most varieties, and a minimum order value of US$300. We supply wholesale only, not retail.

How do I place an order?

Register and order directly on the website, or contact us to buy offline.

Can I mix species in one order?

Yes — mix any species freely in one order.

How do I pay?

Full payment in advance — we start processing the order once payment clears. Cash on delivery is not accepted. PayPal, XT and credit card are accepted.

02

Plants & Sizing

What the numbers on a product page mean.

What does the stated size mean?

The pot diameter the plant was grown in. The exact size of each plant is subject to the actual plant.

What will I receive?

Bare-root live plants — no pots. Roots are washed, each plant is wrapped in tissue and labeled, ready to pot once it arrives.

Why do the plants look different from the photos?

Images are for reference — colour and form vary with season and transport. Dull colour, dropped leaves and shrivelled leaves are normal after transit, and plants return to their best condition with careful growing.

03

Freight & Delivery

What the price covers — and what it doesn't.

Are shipping costs included in the price?

No. All prices are ex-work — plants only, freight excluded.

What decides the freight cost?

Order weight, packed volume and the logistics method you choose.

How is the freight quoted?

Send your order with delivery information and we quote freight based on weight, volume and method. Methods and transit times: Shipping & After-Sales.

04

Packaging

How live plants are processed, dried and boxed.

How are the plants processed and packed?
  • Soil removed, roots trimmed and washed clean.
  • Insecticide treatment, then 2–4 days air-drying so wounds callus.
  • Every plant labeled on the outer packaging.
  • Normally 7–12 days from preparation to leaving the farm.
