One-stop import support
A one-stop import service for wholesale buyers — we check what your destination requires, apply for the Certificates & CITES your order needs, and guide you through every step from order to clearance.
How the import process runs
One contact handles the paperwork — we check the requirements, apply for the certificates and guide you step by step.
Send destination & species
Country, port and species list — everything we need to check the import conditions that apply to you.
We confirm the paperwork
Which certificates your destination requires, and whether any species on the list is CITES-listed.
We apply and prepare
Inspection, phytosanitary or CITES certificates and export documents ready before the carton leaves the farm.
We guide, you clear
Originals travel with the goods; we answer your broker's questions while they clear customs on arrival.
What travels with the shipment
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Phytosanitary certificate — when required
- CITES certificate — listed species only
- AWB / BL
The two plant certificates
One confirms plant health; the other applies only to CITES-listed species. Neither is automatic — we issue them when your order needs them.
Phytosanitary certificate
Confirms the consignment was officially inspected and meets your country's plant-health requirements for live plants — the first document customs and plant-protection officers ask for.
- When: where your destination requires it, or when you ask for it.
- Who: we book the inspection and apply; the fee is confirmed with your quotation.
- Coverage: species, quantity, origin and destination — matching your order exactly.
CITES permit
CITES covers specific listed taxa — not succulents in general. When your order includes listed species, the export permit is applied for and travels with the shipment.
- When: only for CITES-listed species bound for destinations that require a permit.
- Who: we apply to the endangered-species management authority once species and quantities are confirmed.
- Key rule: the scientific names on your order must match the permit exactly.

Four questions we get every week
More answers on the main FAQ page →
Does every order include a phytosanitary certificate?
No — not every shipment carries one. It is issued when your destination requires it or when you ask for it. Tell us the destination and we confirm before the order is placed.
Do all succulents need CITES?
No. Only species listed under CITES. We check your list against the appendices and tell you which lines need a permit.
Can you help if this is my first import?
Yes — that is what the one-stop service is for. We confirm the requirements, prepare the certificates and walk you through each step; your broker handles clearance at destination.
Who arranges the import permit and clearance?
You or your appointed broker. We supply the export documents they need and answer any questions from your customs side.
Not sure what your country requires?
Send your species list and destination port — we'll reply with the certificates and documents your order needs.
