1. Order Minimums & Payment

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $300, 5pcs each for most variety.
  • Payment Methods: PayPal, Wise, Western Union, Bank Transfer, etc.
  • Payment Terms: 100% prepayment.

2.Product Information

  • Shipping Format: All plants are shipped bare-root (without pots and soil).
  • Plant Sizing: The stated plant size refers to the pot diameter it was grown in.
  • Natural Variations:Color/Shape variations due to season, light, temperature etc.
  • Packaging:Plants will be packed with tissues or Cardboard.

3. Import Documentation

  • Customers:Customer responsibility to verify local regulations and pay duties.
  • Provided Documents:Phyto-certificate and CITES offered.

2.After Submitting Your Order

  • Shipping Quote:Contact us via WhatsApp or email to receive your final shipping quote.
  • Payment :Proceed with payment arrangements and provide any necessary details.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • FedEx: 3-5 business days (Door-to-Door)
  • DHL: 5-7 business days

  • Air Freight: 1-2 weeks, recommended for orders over 100kg

  • Sea Freight: 30+ days, suitable for bulk orders

2.Shipping Cost Calculation

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity, shape, and size of the selected succulents.

  • Please contact us for a final shipping quote after finalizing your product selection.

  • All quotes are estimates. Final charges will be settled before shipment; overpayments will be refunded, and underpayments will be invoiced.

3.Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will promptly provide you with the tracking number.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s official website.

AFTER-SALES SERVICES & POLICIES

1. Pre-Shipment Check

  • We will send you photos of your order for confirmation before shipment.

  • Each succulent will be clearly labeled on the outer packaging for easy identification.

2.Delivery Inspection

  • Upon delivery, please first check the total number of packages and items.
  • For any quality issues, please take clear photos or videos as evidence and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

3.Compensation Policy

  • We are fully responsible for any plant rot or loss in transit and will provide replacements in your next shipment free of charge.
  • Please note that we cannot compensate for damages resulting from customs clearance issues or force majeure events.
