- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $300, 5pcs each for most variety.
- Payment Methods: PayPal, Wise, Western Union, Bank Transfer, etc.
- Payment Terms: 100% prepayment.
2.Product Information
- Shipping Format: All plants are shipped bare-root (without pots and soil).
- Plant Sizing: The stated plant size refers to the pot diameter it was grown in.
- Natural Variations:Color/Shape variations due to season, light, temperature etc.
- Packaging:Plants will be packed with tissues or Cardboard.
3. Import Documentation
- Customers:Customer responsibility to verify local regulations and pay duties.
- Provided Documents:Phyto-certificate and CITES offered.

3.Compensation Policy
- We are fully responsible for any plant rot or loss in transit and will provide replacements in your next shipment free of charge.
- Please note that we cannot compensate for damages resulting from customs clearance issues or force majeure events.
